Ecommerce Fulfilment Services in Pakistan

Give your stock a well-run home. Connect receiving, storage, pick-pack, dispatch and returns through our Pakistan operations.

Preparing a parcel for dispatch

The challenge

Make fulfilment dependable as order volumes change.

  • Stock records do not always match what is available to pick.
  • Packing instructions vary between people or selling channels.
  • Returns accumulate before inspection, restocking or reconciliation.

How BrownBag helps

Warehousing and fulfilment combines storage with the work of getting orders ready to leave. BrownBag’s owned warehouses in Pakistan support receiving, stock control, picking, packing, dispatch and returns within an agreed operating scope.

What we can deliver

We agree the exact outputs around your business, channels and operating requirements.

  • A receiving, storage and stock-count procedure for your inventory
  • Pick-pack, labelling and dispatch instructions for each channel

    How this engagement works

    1. Plan the inventory handover

Review products, dimensions, volumes, storage needs, SKU records and inbound checks.

    2. Set the fulfilment rules

Agree picking, packing, labelling, channel preparation and courier handoffs.

    3. Control stock and exceptions

Run the agreed counts, replenishment, returns inspection and reconciliation routines.

    Ready for dispatch

Shipping labels, packing slips & dispatch

Connect courier shipment booking to the AWB or consignment number, then prepare the documents the packing team needs. Carrier-provided shipping labels and custom printable packing documents have different roles.

    • Individual and bulk shipping label generation or retrieval through the carrier’s supported API, connector or portal
    • Thermal and A4 printing where the carrier’s label formats and your printer setup support them
    • Reprints of an existing shipment label without creating a duplicate booking
    • Custom packing slips and dispatch manifests; carrier acceptance and manifest formats confirmed separately
    • Tracking, COD reconciliation and returns linked to the same shipment reference

Carrier labels retain the courier’s required barcodes and layout. We verify format, batch and reprint support for each account before automating. A custom packing slip is not a substitute for a carrier-issued label. This website describes implementation services; it does not book live shipments or generate carrier labels.

    Your questions, answered

Can one stock pool serve our store and marketplaces?

Multichannel fulfilment can be scoped with shared SKU definitions, inventory updates and order-routing rules. The system connections and stock-allocation method must be agreed first.

Can you prepare goods for Amazon FBA or noon FBN?

Preparation can be included for eligible products and channels. We confirm the current packaging, labelling and shipment requirements for the intended destination before preparing the work.

    How are returned products handled?

The agreed process defines receipt, inspection, condition recording, restocking eligibility and any further action. A returned item should not be treated as available stock until those checks are complete.
