Working with BrownBag
How service scope is agreed
An engagement needs a clear scope, shared responsibilities and agreed commercial terms before delivery begins.
Define the work and the handoffs
Record the services, deliverables, required inputs, approvals and responsibilities. Include any third-party platforms or specialist providers that the work depends on.
Agree acceptance and change handling
Set the review process, acceptance criteria and the way changes affect scope, timing or cost. An initial enquiry or calculator result is not a binding quotation.
Confirm the commercial agreement
Pricing, payment terms, support, service levels and contractual terms are agreed for your engagement. Your written agreement sets out the responsibilities and commitments for the work.
