Validate the identifier mapping
Review the SKU list, variants and supplied barcode values or label files. Resolve duplicate, missing or ambiguous mappings before printing so a correctly printed label does not end up identifying the wrong item in your system.
Prepare and apply the labels
Agree label material, size, position and the products or packaging levels to be marked. Use an approved sample to guide application, taking account of the packaging surface and the existing information that needs to remain visible.
Check and record the work
Perform the agreed barcode readability and item-match checks, separate exceptions and record completed quantities. Hand over the item-code mapping and any unresolved cases so the next warehouse or marketplace process uses the same identifiers.
