Information you provide
Our forms collect the contact details and information you enter about your business, project, support request, partnership or application. Different forms ask for details relevant to that conversation. Send only the information needed for your request; keep passwords, API keys, payment-card details and sensitive customer records out of enquiry fields.
How we use your enquiry
We use your information to understand your request, route it to the appropriate team, respond to you and manage the resulting conversation. Recruitment information is used for the application conversation; client-support information helps us investigate the issue you describe.
Where enquiry records are kept
Submitted enquiries are stored in a database on BrownBag's server and synchronised with Agency75 CRM at crm.agency75.com to manage follow-up. If CRM synchronisation is temporarily unavailable, the server record allows the enquiry to be retained for follow-up and synchronisation. A receipt confirms that your request has been received; it does not confirm a booking or commercial agreement.
Cookies and website tools
The enquiry service uses an essential security cookie to help protect form submissions against forged requests. Analytics and advertising tracking are not currently enabled. Calculator and checklist inputs are used in your browser and are not automatically added to an enquiry or client account.
Questions about your information
Contact [email protected] to ask about information you have submitted, request a correction or discuss deletion. Include enough context to locate your enquiry without sending additional sensitive records. We handle the request according to the information involved and any applicable obligations.
