Move platforms with an organised handover
How we help
Moving a store involves more than copying product names. Variants, images, customer records, order history and existing URLs can have different structures, while payment and fulfilment routines still need to work when the new site opens.
We inventory the source store and agree what will move, what needs transformation and what should be archived. Trial imports and checkout checks reveal mapping problems while there is still time to resolve them before cutover.

How the work is handled
Map the store and data
Review the current platform, catalogue structure, customer and order records, applications and integrations. Define destination fields, identifier rules and the URL redirect map, including how unavailable or retired content will be handled.
Run a trial migration
Import a representative set of products and agreed records into the new environment. Check variants, images, prices, inventory and relationships, then test customer journeys and operational handoffs with your team.
Coordinate the cutover
Prepare the final data refresh, change window and release checklist. Validate redirects, checkout and order processing after the move, with a documented rollback approach and ownership for any remaining corrections.

Your questions, answered
Can customers and past orders move too?
We assess the source and destination capabilities and agree the required history. Some fields need transformation or an archive approach, which is made explicit in the migration scope.
How do you protect existing product links?
We inventory important URLs and map them to suitable destinations. Redirect testing and navigation checks are included so the new store has an organised route from existing links.
