Website information and planning tools
Service pages explain the work BrownBag offers. Calculators and guides help you explore a decision using your inputs and the assumptions shown. Results are planning estimates; the details of your products, accounts, markets and operation determine the final requirements.
Sending an enquiry
Use the form that fits your request and provide accurate contact details. A successful submission records your enquiry for the team to review. It does not create a client account, confirm an appointment or demo time, accept a quote, or start a service contract.
Agreeing an engagement
Deliverables, responsibilities, pricing, payment terms, timing and support arrangements are agreed for your engagement. The written commercial agreement sets out that scope and how changes are handled.
Using the website responsibly
Do not use the forms to send spam, harmful content or information you are not authorised to share. Keep login credentials, payment details and unnecessary customer records out of initial enquiries. Links to other platforms take you to services with their own terms and privacy practices.
