Make the complete set ready to sell
How we help
A bundle can look simple on a product page while creating several warehouse decisions: which components belong together, how substitutions are handled, and whether the stock record describes loose items or completed sets.
BrownBag assembles kits against an approved contents and presentation specification. We connect component use to the completed kit, check the agreed items and prepare the set for storage or an order. This helps your team offer bundles without relying on the packer to interpret a marketing description each time.

How the work is handled
Define the kit precisely
Create the component list, quantities, variant rules, packaging and inserts for each set. Confirm the kit identifier and whether assembly happens in advance or against an order, then agree a sample or instruction that the team can follow.
Assemble and check the set
Pick the required components, assemble them in the agreed presentation and check completeness. Separate incomplete kits and record the missing component so shortages are visible before the set is treated as available for sale or dispatch.
Record the finished inventory
Record the component quantities used and the completed kits produced through the agreed inventory method. Label and move the finished sets to storage or packing, preserving the connection between what was assembled and the stock now available.

Your questions, answered
Can kits be assembled for a promotion?
Yes. Share the contents, expected quantities and campaign plan. We can scope a preparation batch or order-based assembly and identify which components need to be available before work starts.
Can a customer choose a bundle variant?
The selection needs to translate into an unambiguous order instruction. We agree how each permitted combination maps to components so the warehouse can prepare exactly what the customer selected.
