Commerce, with people at its heart.
About BrownBag
BrownBag Pvt. Ltd. is an independent company led by Batool, connecting people, software and operations for Pakistan, GCC and international businesses.
Independent company. Connected expertise.
BrownBag sells and delivers a full 360-degree ecommerce offering. BixiSoft builds software, and Agency75 contributes creative capabilities. Engagements are scoped with BrownBag so responsibilities remain clear.
Built around the whole journey.
Research, sourcing, storefronts, marketplaces, growth, customer support and fulfilment work best when the handoffs make sense. We bring the right services together around your business.
Clear responsibility from the first scope
Start with the commercial problem and agree the work BrownBag will own. Define the inputs your team provides, the approvals required and the way exceptions will be raised. A connected engagement should make responsibilities easier to follow as the work moves between people and systems.
Infrastructure close to the action.
Our owned warehouses near major logistics hubs in Pakistan support customer inventory, order handling and returns.
