How the work is handled
Review the shipment requirements
Confirm the marketplace, product list, quantities and current preparation instructions associated with the seller’s plan. Identify the required item labels, packaging work and carton information, and resolve missing inputs before the preparation batch is released.
Prepare and organise the goods
Sort the products, complete the agreed packaging and label application, and keep variants or preparation groups distinct. Check the prepared items against the instructions so the carton-building stage starts with clearly identified stock.
Reconcile cartons with the handover
Record the agreed contents and references for the prepared cartons, then check that the physical batch matches the shipment information. Share the preparation record and outstanding decisions with the person coordinating the onward shipment.

Can you prepare products already stored with BrownBag?
Yes. We can allocate the agreed stock from storage into an FBA preparation batch, record the work and reconcile the remaining inventory with the prepared quantities.
Is preparation the same as delivery into Amazon?
Preparation covers the agreed physical work and handover records. Freight, appointments and marketplace receipt are coordinated as applicable to the onward plan; we confirm those responsibilities separately with you.
