Distinguish new, used and refurbished stock. eBay permits wholesale-supplier dropshipping but prohibits listing first then buying from another retailer to ship to the customer.
Seller location, manufacturing origin and dispatch warehouse are separate facts. Confirm product and buyer eligibility for the actual destination; no listing establishes universal access or permission.

- What seller, warranty, shipping and return conditions shape the real buyer offer?
- Is the intended sales model permitted under the current platform policy?
