- Each supplier has its own return policy; some reject returns. Review the actual product shipping and return terms before importing.
What a scoped engagement should establish
Confirm account and billing access, product variants, stock updates, customer delivery zones and order funding. Test order acceptance, cancellation, tracking, failed sync, returns and refunds with the agreed provider workflow. Document the work that remains manual and who handles exceptions.
Agree build deliverables, client-owned accounts, third-party subscriptions and ongoing support separately. Do not send account passwords or API keys in the public enquiry form.
