Qikink documents wallet top-ups from international accounts, but that does not establish Pakistan merchant eligibility or availability of COD payouts to a Pakistani bank.

COD, funding & fulfilment
india cod documented merchant prepays. Merchant must pay upfront even for COD orders. The courier collects from the buyer; Qikink remits to a wallet or verified bank account. India Post-only pincodes cannot use COD. Verify remittance requirements, timing and charges rather than promising immediate proceeds.
Returns and operating limitations
- Returns can be stored for 100 days and reshipped, with handling/storage and shipping charges. A no-RTO-fee marketing statement does not remove production, remittance, refusal, storage or reshipment risk.
- Main return policy requires defect requests within seven days with photos, original packaging and unboxing video. Wrong-size and non-defective replacements are at merchant expense.
- A separate shipping-escalation page states a 24-hour deadline for certain courier damage/fake-delivery disputes. Publish a customer-support workflow that escalates promptly and confirm the applicable claim route.
What a scoped engagement should establish
Confirm account and billing access, product variants, stock updates, customer delivery zones and order funding. Test order acceptance, cancellation, tracking, failed sync, returns and refunds with the agreed provider workflow. Document the work that remains manual and who handles exceptions.
Agree build deliverables, client-owned accounts, third-party subscriptions and ongoing support separately. Do not send account passwords or API keys in the public enquiry form.
