COD, funding & fulfilment

provider cod collection not verified. The standard model charges the merchant's Printful Wallet for production and shipping. Auto-recharge uses the merchant's billing method. Do not promise that Printful will collect cash from the recipient or remit Pakistan COD proceeds.

Returns and operating limitations

  • No supplier returns or exchanges for buyer's remorse, wrong size or wrong color. Damaged, defective, misprinted or lost orders may qualify for a replacement/refund; report within the stated 30-day window.
  • Incorrect-address or unclaimed returns can incur reshipping charges. Unclaimed returned items may be donated after 30 days.
  • A merchant's obligations to customers can exceed the supplier's reimbursement policy. Production time is additional to shipping time.

What a scoped engagement should establish

Confirm account and billing access, product variants, stock updates, customer delivery zones and order funding. Test order acceptance, cancellation, tracking, failed sync, returns and refunds with the agreed provider workflow. Document the work that remains manual and who handles exceptions.

Agree build deliverables, client-owned accounts, third-party subscriptions and ongoing support separately. Do not send account passwords or API keys in the public enquiry form.
