Confirm the product, stock or production route, customer destination and provider account before building around this service. A supported storefront connection is one part of the operating model.
Merchant / publisher eligibility
Pakistan delivery and Gelato's Pakistan corporate presence do not prove merchant registration, accepted billing, or payment-gateway access. No Pakistan-specific merchant eligibility approval found.

COD, funding & fulfilment
provider cod collection not verified. Gelato explicitly separates the customer's store payment from its merchant fulfilment charge. The merchant is charged for production/shipping when the order proceeds. Manual orders require payment at placement; cash collection/remittance is not verified.
Returns and operating limitations
- Gelato does not accept fulfilled-order returns or provide a return address. Quality issues should be reported within 30 days and are subject to validation, with replacement or refund as appropriate.
- Lost orders should be reported within 30 days of estimated delivery. Wrong-address or rejected shipments may require a new order at the merchant's cost.
- Set a customer-facing returns policy that accounts for supplier reimbursement limits and local consumer obligations.
What a scoped engagement should establish
Confirm account and billing access, product variants, stock updates, customer delivery zones and order funding. Test order acceptance, cancellation, tracking, failed sync, returns and refunds with the agreed provider workflow. Document the work that remains manual and who handles exceptions.
Agree build deliverables, client-owned accounts, third-party subscriptions and ongoing support separately. Do not send account passwords or API keys in the public enquiry form.
