Returns and operating limitations
- Subscriptions and product/shipping costs are separate. Eligible dropship goods have a 14-day return window; check product, customs and resale-channel terms. No direct Amazon/eBay connector is promised.
What a scoped engagement should establish
Confirm account and billing access, product variants, stock updates, customer delivery zones and order funding. Test order acceptance, cancellation, tracking, failed sync, returns and refunds with the agreed provider workflow. Document the work that remains manual and who handles exceptions.
Agree build deliverables, client-owned accounts, third-party subscriptions and ongoing support separately. Do not send account passwords or API keys in the public enquiry form.
