This is an affiliate referral route: visitors buy from the retailer. The publisher may earn qualifying commissions and does not acquire a supplier fulfilment contract through a referral link.
Merchant / publisher eligibility
Rakuten's publisher payment table explicitly includes Pakistan, with direct deposit available across listed networks. This supports a payout route, not guaranteed application or merchant acceptance.
Customer delivery countries, business residence, account acceptance and payment or payout access are separate checks.

Retail checkout & commissions
The customer checks out with the retailer. The affiliate publisher does not collect COD or fulfil the order through this referral model.
Program and commission conditions
- Rakuten announced a move to impact.com as its exclusive technology platform in 2026. Treat it as a named network relationship with platform overlap, not an entirely independent pool of integrations.
- The retailer handles the retail order and its return policy. Reversed, rejected or refunded purchases can affect commissions.
What a scoped engagement should establish
Confirm the approved publisher account, permitted websites, target markets and usable payout method. Select authorized links or product data, place disclosures next to recommendations and define how prices, images and expired offers are maintained. Review reporting and commission reversals separately from retail fulfilment.
Agree build deliverables, client-owned accounts, third-party subscriptions and ongoing support separately. Do not send account passwords or API keys in the public enquiry form.
