Payment gateways

Telr integration services

Connect Telr hosted checkout and transaction management with your ecommerce systems.

The problem we help solve

A clearer handoff. Less uncertainty.

A payment page is live, but customer returns, order status updates and refund operations do not follow one clear process.

How BrownBag helps

We assess Telr’s hosted payment page, QuickLinks or other supported integration route for your needs. The scope separates collecting payment from managing later transaction actions.

From requirement to operation

Your Telr workflow

  1. Select the supported route

Compare hosted checkout or payment links with your sales process. Confirm the store account and the functions enabled by Telr.

  2. Connect order and payment records

Implement the approved request and status flow, retaining the Telr reference beside the source order for support and finance.

  3. Validate follow-up actions

Test declines, abandoned sessions and the approved refund or void workflow. Document any dashboard steps that remain manual.

What we can deliver

  • Hosted payment or link workflow
  • Order-reference and status mapping
  • Transaction-management handover

We agree the systems, responsibilities, acceptance checks and support arrangements before implementation begins.

Define the right scope

Telr states that its Remote API is not enabled by default. Refund, recurring or direct-processing work must be checked against account permissions and payment-data responsibilities before being included.

Provider requirements and interfaces can change. We recheck the applicable documentation and account access when scoping your project.

Your questions, answered

Does hosted checkout automatically include the Remote API?

No. Telr documents separate activation for the Remote API. We confirm the available transaction-management functions before promising an automated refund or recurring-payment workflow.

What should we include in the first brief?

Share your current store and systems, provider account status, target markets and the workflow you want to improve. Include typical volumes and the person responsible for operations. Do not send passwords, API keys or customer records.

Connect the rest of the operation
