Payment gateways

JazzCash integration services

Add a JazzCash gateway journey that keeps payment confirmation connected to the order.

The problem we help solve

A clearer handoff. Less uncertainty.

Customers want a familiar local payment option, while staff need a dependable way to distinguish an unpaid order from a completed transaction.

How BrownBag helps

We scope the JazzCash online gateway connection using the merchant integration pack and methods enabled for your business. The work includes the customer handoff, payment response and operational reconciliation.

From requirement to operation

Your JazzCash workflow

  1. Confirm merchant readiness

Review your approved JazzCash gateway account, storefront technology and the integration material supplied for your merchant profile.

  2. Connect the checkout handoff

Map order amount, currency and reference fields, then implement the supported request and response verification flow.

  3. Test and reconcile

Check success, failure, timeout and duplicate responses. Link the provider transaction reference to the order and agree how finance checks settlements.

What we can deliver

  • Gateway field and response mapping
  • Checkout integration and error handling
  • Merchant testing and reconciliation handover

We agree the systems, responsibilities, acceptance checks and support arrangements before implementation begins.

Define the right scope

JazzCash controls merchant onboarding, activated methods, limits and commercial terms. A consumer wallet is not assumed to provide gateway access. Refund and recurring capabilities are included only when supported and enabled.

Provider requirements and interfaces can change. We recheck the applicable documentation and account access when scoping your project.

Your questions, answered

Can JazzCash sit alongside COD?

Yes, we can scope separate order states and fulfilment rules for prepaid and COD orders so a failed payment is not silently treated as a confirmed COD order.

What should we include in the first brief?

Share your current store and systems, provider account status, target markets and the workflow you want to improve. Include typical volumes and the person responsible for operations. Do not send passwords, API keys or customer records.
