The problem we help solve
A clearer handoff. Less uncertainty.
A growing seller can outgrow manual booking while still needing careful control of addresses, package weights and collection amounts. Incorrect shipment data creates work after dispatch.
How BrownBag helps
We review the Leopards account and ecommerce service that fits your shipment profile, then connect the supported booking and tracking workflow with your storefront or order system.
From requirement to operation
Your Leopards workflow
Choose the account workflow
Review retail or business ecommerce arrangements, pickup locations, shipment volumes and the integration options available to your account.
Validate booking information
Map customer addresses, parcel details, service selection and COD values. Connect approved booking access or a controlled portal workflow to the order reference.
Follow the parcel and payment
Link tracking references to customer support, record failed-delivery actions and reconcile the available collection records against orders and courier charges.
What we can deliver
- Shipment-data validation rules
- Account-specific booking and tracking connection
- Delivery exception and collection review process
We agree the systems, responsibilities, acceptance checks and support arrangements before implementation begins.
Ready for dispatch
Shipping labels, packing slips & dispatch
Connect courier shipment booking to the AWB or consignment number, then prepare the documents the packing team needs. Carrier-provided shipping labels and custom printable packing documents have different roles.
For Leopards, we confirm whether your retail or business ecommerce workflow provides labels through a portal, export or approved API. We test the returned label format before proposing a thermal or A4 print setup.
- Individual and bulk shipping label generation or retrieval through the carrier’s supported API, connector or portal
- Thermal and A4 printing where the carrier’s label formats and your printer setup support them
- Reprints of an existing shipment label without creating a duplicate booking
- Custom packing slips and dispatch manifests; carrier acceptance and manifest formats confirmed separately
- Tracking, COD reconciliation and returns linked to the same shipment reference
Carrier labels retain the courier’s required barcodes and layout. We verify format, batch and reprint support for each account before automating. A custom packing slip is not a substitute for a carrier-issued label. This website describes implementation services; it does not book live shipments or generate carrier labels.
Scope your label workflow →Define the right scope
Leopards determines service terms, pickup availability and charges. Retail COD terms should not be assumed to apply to every business contract. API access and automated actions are confirmed before implementation.
Provider requirements and interfaces can change. We recheck the applicable documentation and account access when scoping your project.
Official Leopards reference →Your questions, answered
Can you help a small seller start with assisted booking?
Yes. A controlled booking sheet or portal process can be a useful first step. We preserve order references and validation checks so an approved connector can be introduced later without losing the operating record.
What should we include in the first brief?
Share your current store and systems, provider account status, target markets and the workflow you want to improve. Include typical volumes and the person responsible for operations. Do not send passwords, API keys or customer records.
Can you handle bulk labels, thermal printing and reprints?
For Leopards, we confirm whether your retail or business ecommerce workflow provides labels through a portal, export or approved API. We test the returned label format before proposing a thermal or A4 print setup. We verify thermal/A4 compatibility and distinguish carrier labels from custom packing slips. Reprinting uses the existing shipment reference rather than creating another booking.
