The problem we help solve
A clearer handoff. Less uncertainty.
A sales system may have enough information for a receipt but not for a structured business invoice. Unclear field ownership and missing response tracking make provider onboarding harder.
How BrownBag helps
We prepare the data and technical handoff between your business systems and your selected UAE Accredited Service Provider. The scope follows the current Ministry of Finance guidance and the provider interface agreed for your entity.
From requirement to operation
Your UAE e-invoicing workflow
Map the invoice requirement
Review seller, buyer, tax and line-item data with finance. Identify gaps against the applicable mandatory fields and provider mapping.
Connect the accredited provider
Implement the agreed submission interface and status handling. Validate how the provider converts or accepts the invoice data and returns processing outcomes.
Reconcile and operate
Keep invoice identifiers and acknowledgements linked to the source transaction. Define correction, retry and support responsibilities before the approved rollout.
What we can deliver
- Invoice data-readiness review
- Accredited-provider interface implementation
- Status reconciliation and operating procedures
We agree the systems, responsibilities, acceptance checks and support arrangements before implementation begins.
Define the right scope
BrownBag is not presented as a UAE Accredited Service Provider. Your selected accredited provider handles its regulated role, while tax advisers confirm applicability and timing. Provider selection, fees and approval remain separate decisions.
Provider requirements and interfaces can change. We recheck the applicable documentation and account access when scoping your project.

Do we need to replace our ERP?
Not necessarily. We review its data model and supported interfaces first. A connector or controlled export may be enough; a deeper change is scoped only where the required fields or lifecycle cannot be supported.
What should we include in the first brief?
Share the requirement, systems involved, target market, existing findings and the advisers or assessors already involved. We use that context to agree responsibilities, deliverables and the next review point.
